Brocchi: My Dream Is To Follow Inzaghi And Coach AC Milan

Cristian Brocchi hope’s to emulate Filippo Inzaghi’s accession from AC Milan youth team boss to one day coaching the Rossoneri first team.
Brocchi replaced Inzaghi as the club’s coach in the summer, after Inzaghi was handed the reigns to the first team and he aspires to make the same step up in the future.
“The dream I live for is to sit on the San Siro bench in a few years time and watch at least one of my boys on the field wearing the Milan shirt,” enthused the 38 year old.
“The first objective is to train players who are able to play for the first team. It’s also important to win games and points, but there are several ways to do this.
“I want to develop a specific identity that distinguishes us from other teams.”
Like Inzaghi, Brocchi is a former Milan player and made over 100 appearances for the club between 2001 and 2008.
