United youngsters Adnan Januzaj and Luke Shaw have been named on the 40-man list for the European Golden Boy award.
Januzaj and Shaw, both 19, capped excellent 2013-14 Premier League campaigns with World Cup call-ups in the summer.
Shaw completed his £27m transfer to United from Southampton days after appearing for England in their goalless draw with Costa Rica.
An accolade established by Italian newspaper Tuttosport in 2003, all Golden Boy nominees must be under the age of 21.
Wayne Rooney claimed the prize in 2004 after his breathtaking breakthrough at the European Championship, while Januzaj's former teammate Paul Pogba received the honour last year.
